Job Description You will play a key role in the development and optimization of software applications (Web //Native) that support the agricultural industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale innovative software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive sustainability, and enable data-driven decision-making for our users. Responsibilities 1. You will be involved in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, cloud). 2. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value. 3. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team. 4. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications in a cloud-based environment. 5. Advocate for best practices in software design, testing, and documentation. 6. Contribute to the evolution of the companys technology stack, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines. 7. Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality software and adherence to coding standards. 8 .Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and performance bottlenecks. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in React Native, GraphQL, Node.js, micro-packages, and modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). - Solid experience writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability. - Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
