Job Summary:
Job description:
Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring best practices in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript.
• Architect and design scalable frontend solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex React applications with Redux state management.
• Ensure smooth API integration with backend services using RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Implement UI/UX best practices and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality applications.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide technical guidance on architectural decisions and code quality.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness.
• Ensure frontend security best practices, including authentication and authorization.
Must-Have:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux (Thunk, Saga) for state management.
• Deep understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
• Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (Material-UI, Tailwind, Styled Components).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience in leading and mentoring frontend teams.
