Join a dynamic and growing team tasked with deploying corporate capital across a variety of real estate strategies. In this role, you will have cross-functional visibility and play a key role in supporting portfolio acquisition and asset management processes, along with significant opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Assist the acquisitions team in the evaluation and underwriting of real estate investment opportunitiesPrepare pro forma cash flow projections / models for potential investments across all property types, structures, and risk profilesSupport the asset management team monitor and report on existing investments to team members and investment committeeReview and update single-asset / portfolio budgets and forecastsTrack existing market deals and fundamentals to identify new opportunities and trendsHelp prepare closing packages for real estate transactions and manage internal document recordation and retention

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, economics, finance or business studies0-2 years of real estate experience in asset management or investment bankingGeneralist mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to act in an entrepreneurial setting decisivelyExcellent written and verbal communication, listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsHighly developed computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPointCandidates must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multiple-task team environmentInquisitiveness, a love of learning and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
