The Project Manager will be responsible for the design and construction of office and research and development facilities for our business units in the local region. DescriptionDescriptionYou will have close coordination with project stakeholders from various teams including business units, real estate, legal, design, EH&S, energy, construction, network, maintenance, and operations to bring our projects to fruition. You will manage and support the architects, engineers, specialty consultants and vendors, and general contractors from initial programming to construction completion. The Project Manager will deliver capital projects meeting or exceeding expectations in the areas of quality, budget and schedule. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
