The Project Manager will be responsible for the design and construction of office and research and development facilities for our business units in the local region. DescriptionDescriptionYou will have close coordination with project stakeholders from various teams including business units, real estate, legal, design, EH&S, energy, construction, network, maintenance, and operations to bring our projects to fruition. You will manage and support the architects, engineers, specialty consultants and vendors, and general contractors from initial programming to construction completion. The Project Manager will deliver capital projects meeting or exceeding expectations in the areas of quality, budget and schedule. Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in corporate office construction as a project manager in North America.Deep knowledge of the construction industry, design process, and construction practices.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExcellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills.Ability to gracefully adjust to meet changing circumstances such as reassignment of project priority, implementation of design enhancements/upgrades, and customer needs.Skilled in reading design and construction drawings for all disciplines.Experience with the fast track design build construction model.Ability to run multiple projects including equipment upgrades and modifications within occupied buildings.Experience using cost tracking and scheduling software and ability to learn new project management software quickly.Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degreeAbility to work well with others and create strong field and corporate relationships while maintaining a high level of accountability.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
