The Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking an associate to join its Development, Investments, Real Estate Transactions team.
A Day in the Life
Seeking to work in the areas of commercial real estate, development, investment, financing and leasing, you will spend your days representing national retailers, restaurant operating companies and corporate end users, private equity and institutional investors and other deal sponsors in the full gamut of investment and development transactions throughout the country and involving all asset classes. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues in our other offices across our national real estate platform.

We Know YouYou have at least 2 years of meaningful experience in the area of real estate law including the acquisition, leasing and development of commercial real estate in a variety of asset classes, such as office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties. A concentration and exposure in the retail/shopping center industry would be helpful. You are prepared to focus your practice and are knowledgeable in representing national and regional investors, developers, sponsors and restaurant operating companies and tenants. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. You are detail-oriented, have legal project management experience and are a member (in Good Standing) of the Georgia Bar or are willing to seek admission to the Georgia Bar.
