Real Estate Associate - London A prestigious City law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded Development team. With real estate at the core of the firm's business, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading developers, ultra-high-net-worth investors, property companies, and major corporate occupiers across a full spectrum of real estate transactions. As part of a dynamic and well-established team, you will handle high-value and complex transactions, including: - Site acquisitions; advising on purchases, structuring, and risk management. - Disposals; managing asset sales and related transactions. - Ongoing property management; assisting with technical and management queries from clients. The Team: You will join a collaborative Real Estate department comprising 13 partners, 20 fee earners, trainees, and paralegals. The team plays a key role within the wider real estate practice, acting for some of the UK's largest property developers. The Candidate: - A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in real estate. - Strong experience in development work, particularly site acquisitions and disposals. - Excellent technical and commercial acumen, with a client-focused approach.
