Real Estate Associate

Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate to join their Real Estate group in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to become part of a dynamic team and work on complex commercial real estate transactions.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Florida or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar exam. At least 3 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate development and acquisition in a mid-size or large law firm. Proficiency in drafting purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and surveys, preparing closing documents, negotiating loan documents, and handling all aspects of real estate transactions. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing of a variety of property types. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other relevant transactional documents. Perform title and survey review, manage closing processes, and collaborate with clients to achieve their business objectives. Work alongside a team of experienced attorneys recognized as leaders in the commercial real estate field.
