Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Miami, Florida.

  Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Florida. 3+ years of substantive experience in broad and sophisticated real estate transactions. Additional experience in borrower-side finance is highly desirable. Demonstrated large law firm experience, with exceptional writing and communication skills.   Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing. Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Provide guidance on borrower-side finance matters, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional client service.
