Description Boutique law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is situated in the bustling city of San Francisco, California. Duties and Responsibilities: + Assisting in various commercial real estate transactions, including debt financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and development work. + Working on leasing, title, and survey matters. + Possessing strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload. + Collaborating effectively with colleagues while also handling significant individual responsibilities. + Demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow within the practice. Requirements + A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. + 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate law with a focus on commercial matters. + Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the position is located. + Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are preferred.
