Overview The Real Estate Branding and Relocation Specialist is responsible for overseeing signage and relocation projects across branch locations throughout the Americas. This role involves coordinating various tasks, collaborating with branch leadership, partnering with Gallagher’s preferred vendors to ensure seamless project execution. How you'll make an impact Branding: Act as the primary point of contact for branding-related collaboration with vendors, ensuring clear communication of brand guidelines and expectations. Review and approve vendor-produced materials, ensuring they align with the company's visual identity, messaging, and quality standards. Oversee branding projects involving vendors, managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure successful execution. Evaluate vendor deliverables to maintain consistency and adherence to branding standards before implementation or distribution. Relocation Management: Act as the primary liaison for the local business during office relocations, consolidations and dispositions. Collaborate with move vendors and local business teams to ensure timely and compliant decommissioning of existing office spaces per lease agreements. Organize and lead weekly project status calls with the local business, IT, and vendors to maintain project timelines. Obtain vendor quotes and oversee the installation of furniture, low-voltage cabling, and equipment for minor office reconfigurations while ensuring lease compliance. Coordinate with Gallagher’s Office Services team to facilitate an office’s copy, binding, refreshment, etc. programs to ensure offices are properly equipped. Additional Responsibilities: Assist Real Estate Project Managers with various tasks as needed to support project execution and operational efficiency. Review and approve invoices for Gallagher associated with relocation and signage projects. Collaborate with Gallagher’s lease administration team to ensure accurate documentation and compliance within the lease management system. Attend weekly Corporate Real Estate meetings to deliver project updates. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience.
