What You’ll do
As a Construction Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support for leadership to enable organization and efficiencies for long-term growth. This individual will partner with key stakeholders including senior management.
Actively participate with the team on companywide and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives to align with company objectivesManage and coordinate all aspectes of Real Estate shows, including travel arrangements, booth setup and registration, coordinating meetings, marketing, and moreMonitor and update marketing avenues for all propertiesManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage President's e-mail, and provide calendar managementFormat information fo internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, and reportsHandle confidential information in a professional mannerManage and distribute correspondence as neededTake minutes during meetings and follow up on deliverablesMake travel and accomodation arrangementsMay be required to cross train and perform other dutiesSupervisory Responsibilities

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
