Real Estate Coordinator
Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensure completion and accuracy of Real Estate packets in preparation for Real Estate Committee meetings.Manage the Real Estate Committee meetings from introduction of a market development deal to final approval of deal, including completion of packets, distribution of agenda, notes, take-aways and meeting facilitation. Ensure all action items are completed in a timely fashion.Obtain all signatures on Real Estate packets prior to and following final approval, where required.Manage document control of all Real Estate packets.Manage and coordinate compliance with Lucernex software for the Real Estate Market Development Team, including entries for all project approvals.Support the planning and execution phases of the market development deals and manage critical dates and milestones.Prepare weekly development schedule changes for slotting meetings.  Coordinate with the Construction Managers on weekly changes and submit to Construction Director.  Generate weekly slotting reports.Coordinate and communicate critical lease dates for all BTS & Up-fit development projects to teams inside and outside of Real Estate; schedule and manage meetings and takeaways to ensure the adherence to critical dates.Schedule and coordinate meetings to manage critical dates for all Real Estate development ownership projects; prepare reports and track takeaways to ensure accurate and timely communication and follow-up.Assist with collection of KPI data for Real Estate & Store Operation metrics.Assign store numbers for all new projects, as required, and communicate to all appropriate partners. Maintain store number master file.Assist with general process improvement for real estate and market development processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to learn other software programs, as required.Experience with Lucernex software preferred.Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people.Strong ability and desire to take initiative with assignments and work through ambiguity. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with team members.Good organization and follow-up skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Exceptional time management skills with keen capability to manage multiple projects at one time.Must be detail-oriented.Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information and write business correspondence.Ability to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates degree (undergraduate degree preferred); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
