Associate Real Estate SpecialistReporting to our Senior Director, Real Estate and Workplace, you will ensure compliance with privacy and security programs, managing quarterly access validation, assisting with our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs, tracking Energy, Waste, and Water metrics for the E in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. You will manage numerous small tasks. You will help maintain our commitment to privacy, security, safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance while coordinating teams providing this data to achieve our goals.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do Privacy and Security Programs: Assist in compliance activities related to privacy and security programs. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation. Maintain an auditable record of access approvals and related events. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS): Maintain EHS programs to ensure employee well-being, environmental protection, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure tracking of EHS events is complete and audit-ready. Implement and track EHS training and awareness programs and training. ESG Reporting: Track energy, waste, and water metrics for ESG reporting. Prepare reports for ESG standards, including CDP, Ecovadis, SASB, and other evolving standards. Implement systems to improve the ESG process, including task delegation, forecasting, and reporting. Be comfortable with the surrounding developing field of ESG. Task management and team coordination: Manage multiple small tasks and ensure their completion. Organize and facilitate team meetings to coordinate efforts and achieve the required tasks. What We'd Like to See Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of real estate compliance and privacy and security audit processes. Understanding of EHS regulations, policies, and best practices. Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and metrics.
