Real Estate Data Analyst

Labcorp is looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to real estate portfolio, contracts, and financials to support decision making and continuous improvement within Global Real Estate. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reporting, KPI tracking, and data management.

Collects, reviews, evaluates, and maintains data for Global Real Estate.

Analyzes data for system performance and functionality.

Rent analysis and rent payment processing.

Data entry and data management of lease and support documents.

Ensure data integrity with reviews, validations, and controls.

Accurate reporting on real estate portfolio, financial performance, and metrics to convey comprehensive and complex information.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

With Bachelors’ Degree:  3-5 years of work experience in data analytics, contract administration, or corporate real estate

Without Bachelor’s Degree:  Over 10-years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in corporate administration, business, finance or similar field

Application Window: 1/30/2025 - 2/3/2025

Pay Range: $55,000-$70,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
