This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value real estate finance transactions, with a particular focus on the hotels sector. Sitting within the Real Estate division, this role will involve working closely with finance partners on a range of real estate finance transactions, including: - Preparing Reports on Title and Certificates of Title for lenders. - Advising on real estate aspects of finance transactions, particularly within the hotels sector. - Supporting high-profile clients, including banks, funders, developers, and investors. - Business development - playing an active role in expanding the firm's well-established real estate finance and hotels practice. The Candidate: - A qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE in real estate finance. - Strong experience in real estate aspects of finance transactions, including due diligence and title reporting. - A commercial mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. - An interest in the hotels sector and a proactive approach to business development.
