Job Description

The individual in this role will lead administration of leases and rentals for a region or division.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assists with site improvements, site acquisition, leasing space and other functions related to land acquisition.Conducts market research to find appropriate business sites.Ensures that parties meet terms of rental agreement and process renewals.Coordinates with lessor and lessee to ensure paperwork is completed in a timely manner.Review and maintain tenant improvement and concept floor plan templates.Track and report real estate projects, progress, risk and opportunities.Liaise between real estate, business, construction and landlord to evaluate construction plans and permits to analyze cost, time and opportunity. Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.

Requires strong knowledge of real estate leasing and purchasing processes, contracts and regulations. Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication.
