Description Our client is a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney. This Attorney will work primarily in the firm's prominent Real Estate Litigation practice, covering such areas as eminent domain and property tax appeals. This position is responsible for managing and advancing complex cases and providing effective and competent representation for clients. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and trial of eminent domain cases, including valuation of real estate Effective handling of property tax appeal cases Collaborating with clients and team members to strategize and prepare for litigation Conducting legal research and analysis Drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents Representing clients in court proceedings, settlement conferences, mediations, and negotiations Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Minimum of five years of experience as an attorney focused in real estate litigation Specific experience in eminent domain and real estate taxation Strong litigation skills, including experience representing clients in court Excellent oral and written communication skills Capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment Admittance to the state bar and in good standing Requirements Case Management Software, Document Management, Briefing, Civil Litigation, Complaint Handling Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
