Description We are on the lookout for a Real Estate Paralegal to be a part of our team. This role is based in Lewes, Delaware, United States. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will be tasked with managing real estate transactions, utilizing Qualia, and employing your Spanish language skills. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage a variety of commercial real estate transactions • Utilize the Qualia platform for the efficient processing of transactions • Actively use Spanish language skills in relevant situations • Handle title-related tasks in real estate matters • Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all real estate documents • Respond to inquiries regarding commercial real estate matters • Keep up-to-date records of all transactions • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes • Monitor real estate accounts and take necessary actions when required • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in using Qualia software for real estate transactions. • Demonstrable experience in commercial real estate. • Knowledge and understanding of real estate title work. • Fluent in Spanish for effective communication with diverse clientele.
