Responsibilities:Prepare a detailed summary of the transaction, copies of all critical legal documents, financial statements and any instructions for future actions required.Secure all required documentation and prepare statement of accounts.Depending on the specifics of the transaction, prepare undertaking, warranty, declarations and property insurance information.Other administrative duties as required.Qualifications:Real experience is requiredLegal Assistant Diploma or CertificateMS Office proficiencyExcellent written and verbal communications skills
