Description A reputable, mid-sized law firm in Seattle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced paralegal to join their Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. Duties include: + Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts. + Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and resolve related issues. + Coordinate due diligence tasks such as document review and preparing summaries. + Manage the closing process, including checklists and finalizing documents. + Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 with quarterly and annual bonuses.
