**Key Qualifications:**

- Proven expertise in the commercial real estate sector, encompassing sales, acquisitions, and commercial lending.

- Proficient in drafting comprehensive closing checklists, providing timely updates, and effectively managing due diligence lists.

- Skilled in reviewing title commitments, verifying property surveys, and researching and analyzing zoning regulations with meticulous attention to detail.

- Adept at crafting precise title objection letters, closing instruction letters, and key dates memoranda.

- Experience in drafting amendments to retail leases, notices of default, and conducting thorough research on state regulations regarding various tenant matters (leasing experience is a significant plus).

- Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and confident in your capabilities; you thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining your composure.
