Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern

*This internship begins on May 19th, 2025 and runs until August 7th, 2025. This role is a full time commitment (37.5 hour work week)*

Job Title: Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern

Location: Corporate

Job Summary:  The Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern will support the Real Estate Department by completing project work and administrative activities that support Wawa’s growth.  This position will provide practical work experience and a deeper understanding of corporate real estate and property management. 

Principal Duties:

Support the Real Estate Department with project coordination, project logistics, database management, GIS support, research and reporting.Perform market research and review various types of real estate contracts. Perform data validation to ensure accuracy of information in Real Estate’s property management system.Process appraisal requests, check requests and bond releases.Participate in department meetings, market rides and site visits.

Basic Qualifications:

Enrolled in Real Estate or Business related degree programMinimum GPA of 3.0 or HigherCandidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university for the Spring 2025 semester – Fall 2026 semesterCandidate must be available from May 19, 2025 – August 7, 2025Wawa currently observes a 4-day in office schedule Monday - Thursday with an opportunity to work remote on Friday.Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
