In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of real estate projects. Your mission: to ensure every project is delivered on time and with exceptional efficiency.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Draft and maintain transaction documents with precision.
Facilitate and document due diligence for all transactions.
Interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
Identify issues, escalate when necessary, and resolve them effectively.
Independently and proactively manage a real estate transaction pipeline, ensuring key dates are met and consistent follow-up is maintained.
Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel on transactional documents.
Coordinate and oversee property dispositions, including sales, leasing, and subleasing.
Coordinate and oversee property acquisitions, purchases, and leases, including deal tracking, due diligence coordination, and closings.
Schedule and facilitate key project meetings, managing project scheduling and tracking.
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrates strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Provides excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly.
Exhibits strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
Maintains a professional demeanor with all organizational levels and safeguards confidential information.
Demonstrates proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English effectively.
Capable of managing multiple transactions for various clients within the pipeline, ensuring smooth operations.
Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, minimizing errors.
Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrates resilience and flexibility to foresee obstacles and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Degree in business, management, or a related area is required.
A minimum of 3 years of project management, real estate paralegal, or related work experience is required.
Accounting experience and experience with commercial real estate, including leases, purchase agreements, due diligence, and negotiations are preferred.
Experience with drafting commercial real estate documents is preferred.
Must be able to take ownership of a project and meet the customer’s expectations and deadlines.
Ability to work out of the company's corporate office is preferred.
