Job Title:Real Estate Project Manager (Verizon Exp) + Lease Management (contracts) Lease holder support (payments,etc.) + ● Provide daily reports to the VZW Engineering team on issues/concerns ● Provide weekly reports to the VZW Engineering team for each program and their performance ● Provide monthly reports to the VZW Engineering team for each program and their performance ● Provide forecasting and actuals data to the different functional teams ● Sharing Status updates of each programs between the functional teams ● Maintain the latest Fuze trackers and Dashboards for all programs in the PM Engineering portal ● Provide insights of each milestone by program; e.g. the number of projects that are ready/completed/issued for this milestone. ● Maintain the database and provide insights of each functional team ● Provide insights on differences of monthly forecasted versus actuals of major milestones ● Provide cycle time report for each program using functional milestones ● Program level with Tier 1 & 2 level milestone report ● Provide insights of each milestone by program; e.g. how many projects are ready/completed/issue for this milestone. ● Maintain the database and provide insights of each functional team ● Provide insights on differences of monthly forecasted versus actuals of major milestones ● Provide quarterly and yearly efficiency report by applying Machine Learning algorithms ● PM Engineering team web portal tool support and maintenance ● Load all the sources of data in one place to provide updates to the Engineering team ● Maintain the data load on daily basis ● Turn the raw data into useful information ● Run the Job scheduler on daily basis ● Continuously finding the patterns of complex data using complex front end (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python) and backend (Postgresql) tools to visualize in Tableau to increase efficiency ● Reports to be updated on daily basis Powered by JazzHR
