We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Real Estate Project Manager to lead business relocation and consolidation projects from concept to delivery. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an organized, results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to work with regional leaders and external partners.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of business relocation and consolidation projects, from initial concept development through final delivery, ensuring successful outcomes that meet business goals and objectives.Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met, providing regular reports and updates to leadership regarding project financial status.Serve as the primary point of contact for regional leaders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders, both internal and external.Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, including managing contract negotiations and performance.Successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and mitigating risks to maintain schedules and meet deadlines.Ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and policies, identifying and addressing potential risks proactively.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, financial reports, and meeting notes, ensuring transparency and accountability.70-75% travel required for site visits, project coordination, and meetings across various locations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on real estate, business relocations, and consolidations. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently is essential.Strong project management skills, with expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with regional leaders and cross-functional teams.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).Previous experience in facilities management or facilities portfolio management is a plus.Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.MissionWe are trusted engineering partners enabling the construction community through responsive, expert problem solving.We strive to be the leading environmental, inspection, testing and engineering firm by ensuring the safety, integrity, and sustainability of our community's land, foundations, and structures from development to redevelopment.
