Job Description:
This position is responsible for property management of a subset of the real estate portfolio and related activities of Intermountain Health. Responsibilities within the assigned portfolio include (i) performing regular property inspections, (ii) creating and administering budgets, (iii) managing vendor invoices and tenant billings, (iv) tracking space utilization and vacancy, (v) ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, (vi) relationship building with internal and external partners, and (vii) responding to general landlord and tenant needs.Position Details:
This position will be part of the Peaks Real Estate team underneath the Enterprise Real Estate Group.
This is a business/admin/office role. Incumbent will work during regular business hours from 9am-5pm. This role will require the caregiver to be on-site and touring properties periodically but will also allow for remote/flexible work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in real estate property and/or portfolio management.Experience building and managing internal and external partner relationships.Experience with regulations pertaining to real estate property management.Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:
