Real Estate Records Coordinator
As a Real Estate Records Coordinator, you will be part of the shared services department supporting the management of real estate records across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Real Estate Records Coordinator **Location:** Columbus, OH **Pay Range:** $28.50 per hour **What's the Job?** + Develop and maintain all real estate records in an electronic database, including lease and rental payments, property records, and railroad permits. + Organize and maintain property records such as deeds, leases, surveys, and easements within the electronic real estate database. + Process lease revenue and payments, and conduct real estate research on company-owned and leasehold assets. + Create work orders and manage payment of invoices for real estate transactions through the company's accounting systems. + Coordinate with Land Agents and supervisors for tracking purchase, sale, and lease contracts. **What's Needed?** + Associate Degree in Land Records Management, Business, Real Estate, or Paralegal Certificate, or a High School Diploma with relevant experience. + A minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate or related fields. + Proficiency in maintaining real estate records and a strong understanding of accurate record-keeping. + Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of transactions. + Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong multitasking abilities. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in real estate record management. + Collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence. + Develop your skills in a hybrid work setting. + Be part of a company that values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
