Job Summary:

Participate in the contract administration and management of Bay Area Street furniture contracts and assist in the development of new sites, relocations and other inventory management activities.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact with the regions transit authoritiesWorks with operations, finance, sales, independent contractors to facilitate monthly meetings with transit authoritiesWorks VP REPA and VP Operations, operations supervisors to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilledAssists with management of inventory database.Involves legal department as needed.Receives questions, inquiries and complaints from landlords/property owners, members of public, city/govt staff to resolve and/or route to correct person or department, and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner.Compile and distribute specific reports.Research and obtain permits.Interact with utilities.Attend and support monthly meetings with stakeholders.Report on all liability claims.Responsible for overseeing internal accounting for non-transitNew digital and Printed panelsConversions of panelsOut of ServiceUnsaleable unitsDelisting of unsaleable unitsSpecial project management.Community outreach.Other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications:

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a related field.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practices with an emphasis on field work including lead generation, face to face negotiations and application of regulations.Knowledge of media and advertising industry, business cycles, key revenue and expense drivers.Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Deep and broad business acumen with strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills focused on achieving business results.Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions. Has a cooperative and professional manner when meeting both internal and external customers and vendors face to face. Able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.Able to complete required math calculation such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.Able to accurately assess situations, perform root cause analysis and provide solutions. Excellent verbal and written communications skills including acumen in delivering presentations.

The Targeted Salary Range for this California position is $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
