Description We are looking for a Real Estate Services Coordinator to join our team located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the Real Estate Industry and involves providing concierge services to building tenants, scheduling conference spaces, and ensuring tenant amenity spaces are fully stocked. The position requires onsite presence and provides an excellent opportunity to engage in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
• Provide customer service by responding to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Organize and coordinate events for building tenants.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing inquiries.
• Handle invoice processing and insurance validation.
• Maintain the front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors at the talent center.
• Ensure the tenant amenity space is fully stocked and well-maintained.
• Manage the scheduling of conference spaces for tenants.
• Maintain accurate reports and correspondence relating to tenant inquiries, complaints, and other related matters.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, including drafting and distributing communications.
• Adhere to company policies and principles while performing duties. Requirements • Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Capable of performing ad hoc financial reporting and validations.
• Experience in scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating with vendors.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of property management and real estate principles.
• Ability to supervise and provide training to junior staff.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures, and the ability to ensure their implementation.
• Experience with invoice processing, expense reporting, and filing.
• Ability to handle correspondence and manage tenant relations.
• Knowledge of insurance principles and the ability to manage insurance-related tasks.
• Experience with collection processes.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with property validation plans.
