Real Estate Solicitor - London A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary professional services firm based in London. This independent firm is renowned for advising both UK-based and international clients, helping businesses navigate complex property requirements. The real estate team handles a broad spectrum of property transactions, including corporate occupiers, hospitality, medical practices, retail, industrial, and logistics. The work spans freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions, secured lending, and property-related legal matters for international investors. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the purchase and sale of commercial premises. - Drafting and negotiating agreements for lease, leases, and lease renewals. - Handling lease assignments and portfolio management. - Advising on bank lending and refinancing matters. - Assisting with the property aspects of corporate transactions. Candidate Requirements: - NQ-1 PQE with significant real estate experience during training. - Ability to independently manage a caseload while supporting two partners. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. - Desirable experience in residential property including lease extensions, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and leasehold enfranchisement.
