The Real Estate Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of real estate professionals within the Leasing, Property Management, and Special Projects section of FSD-Real Estate. This role supports the Program Manager in administering over 200 leases and temporary use agreements.
Key responsibilities include overseeing lease term negotiations and amendments, managing space planning activities, and coordinating tenant relocations. Operational duties involve handling rent revenue, issuing lease payments, performing rent reconciliation, and providing real estate expertise and support to City staff and departments.

Conducts meetings with employees, other divisions/departments and property owners/agents. Performs on-site investigation of proposed locations. Monitors work production of subordinates and develop procedures for improvements. Consults with Law Department on legal issues, eminent domain, contracts, deeds, and releases.
