YOUR MISSION

As a Team Lead Courier RTO, you will be the maximum authority in the Control Center during the ongoing shifts, where RTO agents work to ensure smooth operations across Glovo's cities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain control of operations and manage the team on shift, guiding them through control tasks, incident management, and emergency coordination. Reporting directly to the Control Center Lead, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, productivity, and adherence to processes within the team.

City Performance 24/7 Demonstrate a sense of urgency and proactive approach in identifying real-time deviations in operational metrics (delivery times and cancellations) through our internal dashboards, ensuring timely resolution. Display an excellent understanding of Glovo's business model, strategies, and market trends to drive economic success and growth. Plan and execute strategies to achieve operational goals, prioritize tasks effectively, and anticipate future consequences and trends.

This position requires fully face-to-face attendace.  Involves to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends and occasional holidays

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a real-time and dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making. Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of how operational decisions impact overall business success. Strategic thinking and the ability to plan and execute actions effectively. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Proficiency in using dashboards for operational analysis and reporting. Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on motivation and development. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
