Rebate Analyst
Description We are seeking a Rebate Analyst to join our client's team on site in Arden Hills, Minnesota. In this role, you will be involved in administering and processing financial and reporting transactions to support customer rebate processing. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will be interacting with various teams to ensure accurate and timely customer service. Responsibilities: • Assist team members with rebate settlement processes. • Support rebate analysts in preparing and sending final customer-facing documentation of rebate performance. • Submit weekly payment requests through the business service. • Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments. • Communicate with the sales organization regarding final rebate performance. • Post customer rebate payments in the system. • Support the processing of rebate payments. • Maintain and process necessary financial transactions. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on business needs and requirements. • Utilize basic office skills to maintain accurate customer credit records. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment. Requirements • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • Has at least three years of experience in business analysis, pricing analysis, etc.. • Exhibits strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes. • Shows knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques. • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates ability to work in a collaborative team environment and interact effectively with all levels of management. • Shows proficiency in creating clear and concise process documentation and reports. • Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team. • Has the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
