Job Description

Review annual and seasonal marketing/rebate related programs from the buying department for accuracy and completenessSet up the program in the system for calculationReview internal reporting for variances between monies due (calculations) and monies receivedFile claims with vendors for variances showing monies dueFollow up with buyers/vendors for missing or short paymentsEnsure all programs are received from buyers and all program detailed are accurate and completeRespond to management inquiriesMonitor and follow up on all outstanding claims, or missing informationMonitor reporting for overpayments which could be the result of programs calculating incorrectly or not having been received

Requirements – Accounting degree. Minimum 3-year experience in the accounting field. Related auditing experience a plus

 Salary Information: $23.00-$25.00 Per Hour
