Western Paper Distributors, a Division of Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available in Denver, CO.! We are looking for a Rebates Specialist to join our team.  If you are eager for your next challenge, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step. The Rebates Specialist will spend their day supporting our Pricing Team through loading and maintaining vendor contract information in our systems.  This role also involves analysis and investigation as you process vendor rebates.  

 

You will work in our office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

 

Salary Range: $22.50 an hour

Responsibilities

You will:

Load and maintain data in our ERP systemComplete audits to ensure system accuracyDownload contracts from websites, clouds, etc.Maintain contract association to customersEnsure system loaded prior to monthly price adjustmentsCommunicate with Sales Reps. regarding customers and eligible contractsInvestigate and resolve cost discrepancies and questionsProcess and collect rebates from vendorsCommunicate with vendors regarding contracts, rebates, and issuesMaintain and update procedural documentsGenerate various reportsOther duties as assigned Qualifications

You have:

The ability to follow policy/procedures and recognize when a task requires deviationComfortability with high volume data input and speed and accuracy during task completionHigh attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies between two datasetsThe ability to explain and disseminate complex scenariosA strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholdersSuccessfully managed multiple competing priorities on a daily basis and stayed within pre-determined deadlines
