We are looking for a Receivables Management Team Leader, as a hybrid role based in our O’Fallon, MO office.
The Impact You Will Have
Responsible for the ongoing management of a team in the area of Receivables Management Customer Service, including the leadership of the team, working with IT to ensure business requirements are met, developing workflows, training new staff, working with business partners to ensure that customer needs are met, and managing a team with metrics.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Motivate, challenge, and develop your team (Receivables Management) by promoting a collaborative and innovative culture.
Encourage and assist staff in their performance and development through individual operational targets, metrics against service level agreements, formal / informal training programs, etc.
Responsible for appropriate management reporting and day to day collections and workflow management. This will include creation, review, and reporting report against metrics, agreed service levels, and / or targets, while effectively managing these metrics, agreed service levels, and / or targets within the team.
Harmonize policies, procedures, and processes across all companies and lines of business. Ensure strong controllership by maintaining compliance and proper accounting controls, including but not limited to PCI and ICOFR. Identify and recommend modifications to existing workflows or resource allocations.
Be a cross-functional liaison with your business partners both internal and external (may include Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Brokers and other Finance staff) on issues related specifically to Receivables Management and work closely with all other Finance Operations Team to ensure that the needs of all business partners are being met throughout the department.
Ensure that all IFRS and Statutory accounting and any other regulatory requirements related to your area are accurate and timely.
Ensure that the Receivables Management Team is setting the market standard of excellence in all touch points with both internal and external customers.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equal experience
3-5 years related business experience, ideally in commercial insurance
1-2 years managing a team, a plus
Experience with SAP GL and AR system, preferred
Experience working for an international organization, preferred
The annual base salary range base pay range for this role is $62427 - $94364. The annualized represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
