Receiving Associate
Adecco is assisting a local Manufacturer who is seeking a **Receiving Associate** in the **Seabrook, NH** area! This is a temp-to-hire position offering additional incentives and overtime! **SCHEDULE / PAY:** Monday – Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM - $20/HR **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Receives goods and verifies the count of all items unloaded from deliveries + Maintains database of inventory data to ensure that vendor orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required + Partner with Quality to ensure incoming product meet requirements + Verifies part specifications + Conducts daily safety checks + Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data in company database + Prepare and organize received stock for inventory + Record and return damaged products to senders + Maintains tidiness and organization of warehouse + Performs other related duties as assigned **NECESSARY SKILLS:** + Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received + Ability to convert between units of measurements + Good organizational skills and attention to detail + Data entry skills + Strong reading and communication skills + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports If you are interested in this position, please apply to this job posting with your resume and a Team Member will connect with you directly! **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
