Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Receiving Specialist. This role involves processing and managing incoming deliveries, verifying quantities, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will excel in both shipping and receiving functions but will primarily focus on the receiving side, which is physically demanding and requires walking around the warehouse to locate missing products.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and product in a timely manner.Contact freight companies to schedule pickups through phone or digital portals.Receive, sort, and label packages and put away in the warehouse.Consolidate inventory within the warehouse.Perform spot/cycle counts of warehouse inventory.Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.Maintain clean organization of goods, paperwork, and work areas.Continuously build job knowledge through execution of Standard Operating Procedures.Participate in team performance and improvement meetings.Observe all company policies.Perform other tasks as assigned.Use ERP system to check in shipments and track inventory.Perform inventory counts and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.Operate stand-up forklift to move products through the facility.Accurately ship and receive products to support customer demands.Complete system transactions using ERP and Excel Tools to ship and receive materials.Ensure materials are delivered to the correct inventory locations upon receipt.Train to support all shipping and receiving functions.Essential SkillsExperience operating stand-up forklifts.Proficiency with computer systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Attention to detail with the ability to handle fine print paperwork.Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Experience with shipping and receiving functions, including inventory control, SAP, FedEx, and RF scanners.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.Familiarity with using Excel Tools for system transactions.Experience working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The Receiving team typically works 3rd shift from 10pm-6:30am, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime on Saturdays. The work environment is clean and climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear steel-toe shoes, long pants, and a plain t-shirt. Safety glasses are provided. The warehouse is adjacent to the production area, fostering a great team atmosphere.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
