**Job Title: Reach Truck Operator/ Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Operate reach trucks to palletize orders, conduct inventory and cycle counts, and receive orders in a fast-paced, midsized warehouse, navigating through tight spaces. You will work alongside engineers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet tight deadlines. **Hard Skills** + Operating reach truck + Palletizing orders + Inventory and cycle counts + Receiving orders **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Time management + Team collaboration **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Hialeah, Florida. **Work Environment** Midsized warehouse with about 15 other workers including engineers. Very busy shop floor with various work stations. Fast-paced and tight deadlines. Open bay warehouse. Can get cold in winter and hot in summer. Loud noises and heavy parts/equipment.
