**Job Title: Receiving Clerk 7am - 3:30pm** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role involves performing incoming verification of purchased materials and supplies, ensuring all required certifications, reports, and quantities are received as specified. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform incoming verification of purchased materials and supplies, checking for shipping damage, quantity, certification, and documentation. + Compare purchase order details against documents received with shipments to ensure all required certifications, reports, and quantities are received as specified. + Accept or reject materials and disposition accordingly. + Document and communicate all non-conformances. + Stage, segregate, deliver, and/or store all received materials accordingly. + Make appropriate receipts in Global Shop. + Process paperwork as required to confirm receipt, acceptance, and delivery. + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to unload and transport incoming materials. + Other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. + Experience with inventory, cycle counts, picking, packing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling. + Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. + Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Counting and basic math skills. + Experience with inventory cycle counts. + Reliability and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Forklift certification is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a family culture and feel, and are committed to improving our manufacturing flow by going lean. **Work Environment** This position is based in a machine shop environment in Poway.
