**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk** **Job Description** As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, packaging products, and using a computer system to enter tracking information and print labels. This role requires lifting up to 50lbs repetitively and working in a partially climate-controlled warehouse. You will spend the majority of your time in the warehouse, performing administrative duties such as opening and re-boxing packages, sending emails to the procurement team, and entering relevant information into SAP according to SOP and customer guidelines. Expect to work overtime and weekends in the short term, totaling approximately 60+ hours per week, before returning to a standard 40-hour work week once the backlog is reduced. **Responsibilities** + Prepare orders for shipment and package products. + Use a computer system to enter tracking information and print labels. + Open and re-box packages and send emails to the procurement team. + Enter relevant information into SAP as per SOP and customer guidelines. + Perform advanced administrative responsibilities, including preparing complex reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases. + Determine methods and procedures to accomplish tasks. + Work overtime and weekends as needed to reduce backlog. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in SAP. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively. + Advanced administrative skills including report preparation and data analysis. + Experience with packaging and shipping processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work on feet all day and lift 20-30lbs regularly. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Experience in warehouse operations is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication.
