Our client Bloom Energy in the clean energy industry is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the Senior Logistics Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle, good communication and teamwork skills, and knowledge of shipping and receiving equipment, processes, and procedures which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator**
**Location: San Jose, CA**
**Pay Range: $25-27 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Ensure POA/Quality Check of Material accuracy for outbound shipments to production facility
+ Ensure outbound shipment are released from warehouse as per the materials requests made by materials planning team
+ Ensure outbound shipments are shipped out of the warehouse as per delivery date/time requested from production facility
+ Ensure 3rd party warehouse completes inbound/outbound shipment transactions within 24 hours and help to resolve any discrepancies
+ Perform necessary receiving transactions
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with Oracle utilizing inventory, receiving & cycle count modules
+ Ability to work independently
+ High school degree required
+ Knowledge of shipping and receiving equipment, processes, and procedures
+ Demonstrated skills in the use of computerized spreadsheets, databases, email, and word-processing programs
