As the Part Time Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving supplies and goods for all departments of the property and ensures that all supplies and goods are properly stocked and ready for use.

Schedule Details:
This position is Part-Time. Part-Time Team Members are generally scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week. Primary hours will be Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00am – 5:00pm.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Receives and verifies all deliveries ensuring quality and accuracy of packing slips or invoice deliveries. Ensures all packages and items received are delivered promptly to the appropriate department or individual. Maintains log of all incoming packages, ensuring packages are received and signed for by the appropriate department or individual. Maintain stock of goods and supplies in the warehouse storage areas and any other areas designated by management. Maintains the warehouse and work areas in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Ensures all food items are stored properly and all health standards are observed. May also assist in stocking and prepping of bar items and beverages when necessary. Rotates stock according to departmental procedures and reports defective, damaged or missing goods and items to department manager. Conducts weekly and monthly inventory and reviews requisitions and fills orders. May assist in delivering orders to guest/owner units or be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned, such as conduct or assist in physical inventory of storage areas and off-site warehouse, and place orders with vendors.Don’t wait!
