Responsibilities:
Greet and check in delivery drivers upon arrival.
Verify delivery documents and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Direct drivers to the appropriate loading/unloading areas.
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Compare received goods against purchase orders or packing lists.
Record receipt of goods in the inventory management system.
Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet company standards.
Report any discrepancies or issues with received goods to management.
Provide support to warehouse management and staff with administrative tasks.
Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory and shipments.
Perform regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
Update inventory records and report any discrepancies.
Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging
Handle light lifting and moving of products as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Education:
No Degree Required

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to lift light to moderate weights and perform physical tasks.
Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software.
