PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In this critical role at the Russellville XPS Foam Plant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the plant's assets at peak performance levels through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and efficient scheduling. Collaborating closely with the Maintenance Leader, Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Technicians, you will ensure that job plans are thorough and inclusive, with all necessary components received, properly catalogued in SAP and placed in the storeroom in the correct location, in addition to ensuring all non-finished goods are received correctly and matches the packing slips.
Together with the Maintenance Leader, Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Technicians, you will coordinate job priorities and equipment availability to optimize workflow effectiveness. Leading the receiving, tagging, cataloguing and storage of all materials, you will work in partnership with maintenance leads and the maintenance leader to ensure operational continuity. Additionally, you will have key responsibilities in managing the 5S within the storeroom, serving as the owner and gatekeeper for all materials contained within. The role also entails providing on-call support, highlighting the expertise and proactive nature required of a Receiving Coordinator. TPM will be a fundamental aspect of this position, with KPI tracking and updates integral to this maintenance approach.

Reports to: Maintenance Leader
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive all miscellaneous UPS deliveries (includes spare parts, production, warehouse supplies) each day and either put them in correct bin locations in the stock room or deliver to requisitioner. Receive all delivery documents in SAP. Unload all delivery trucks of raw materials and packaging and put them away in appropriate aisle or rack. Process outgoing UPS items and run end of day reports. Perform goods issues to all maintenance orders that are printed out. Kit parts for maintenance orders as they come in and perform goods issue. Unload each blowing agent truck that comes in and receive in SAP. Ensure deliveries are received in SAP, samples are taken for the lab, and empty trucks are released. Receive bulk truck resin deliveries in SAP. Create miscellaneous deliveries on all items sent out via common carrier. Send all non-hazardous materials out to Safety Kleen. Send out and log all repair items. Purchase maintenance non-stock items. Manage 5S of the storeroom. Perform all pickups and deliveries with the company truck. Put all recycled materials (unit wrap, lamination wrap, wood pallets, core, etc.) in the trailer. Assist the controller with the performance of routine cycle counts. Review min/max levels with maintenance leads and adjust if necessary, according to history and direction of the Maintenance Manager All other duties as may be assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS

Log into and navigate Globalink to access PeopleSoft for paycheck/benefits enrollment information. Log into and navigate Owens Corning University (OCU) and accomplish online training routinely. Navigate Microsoft Outlook to send and receive plant communications. Navigate SAP systems. Basic computer skills. Proficiently use Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee should possess the ability to:
Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Work up to 12 hours in hot/cold manufacturing environment. Safeguard self with Personal protective Equipment (PPE) - steel-toed shoes, eye protection (glasses, goggles, and/or facemask) hearing protection and long-sleeved shirt (with shirt tail tucked in) as necessary for task. Use cleaning equipment or tools as necessary for housekeeping duties in accordance with all safety rules.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Post Secondary Technical Education PreferredPREFFERED EXPERIENCE
5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience 1+ years of Maintenance Planner experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Good organizational skills Experience with SAP and UPS systems Capable of operating a forklift Basic purchasing and supplier knowledge Safety orientated and self-motivated. Must be efficient with computers and all Microsoft Suite programs. Must have proficient experience with SAP computer maintenance management system. Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to follow through. Experience and skills in: Project management, maintenance planning, and problem solving. Ability to travel as needed. Travel will be heavier during start up as visit other OC plants to learn the business.
