What We Value: + Honesty & Integrity + Service & Excellence + Collaboration & Teamwork + Family & Community + Dependability & Loyalty + Compassion Roles and Responsibilities: + Schedule all inbound appointments and communicate to the warehouse staff daily. + Have a sound understanding of the Operating System to create all necessary receiving paperwork. + Review all receiving documents for accuracy and see that all accompanying HACCP documentation has been noted on the bill of lading. + Collect, store and maintain lumping income. + Review and file all storage paperwork. + Facilitate communication with storage customers daily. This communication includes scheduling pick-ups, communicating when loads are completed. + Maintain a separate storage receiving schedule outside of the operating system. + Develop a full understanding of the Storage program and complete the following functions: + Billing + Inventory Reports + Manual Withdrawals + Item and Customer Set-Up + Professionally communicate late deliveries, overages and shortages to the purchasing staff. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications + High school diploma or state issued equivalency certificate. + Communicates well with team members and customers. + Highly Organized + Positive Attitude + High attention to detail and accuracy + Computer knowledge with ability to adapt to warehouse software program Preferred Skills + Previous experience handling and filing paperwork. + Previous experience communicating with customers. + Previous experience using computers and scanning technology.
