**Job Title: Technical Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in the usage of the MS Office Suite, possess an understanding of basic shop mathematics and basic statistics/analytics, and have basic blueprint reading skills. Experience with MRP/MRB database systems is essential. The candidate must excel in documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills and be able to translate technical information across all organizational levels. A knowledge of principles and concepts relevant to the control of nonconforming products in an AS9100 environment is required. The role involves problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and a thorough understanding of processes and resources used in assigned work. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence change are crucial. The candidate must be detail-oriented, able to interact professionally with all organizational levels, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is essential, including frequent inter-organizational contacts. The role also involves representing the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects, and some lifting is required.
