Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Receiving Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will use various inspection tools and equipment to assess the quality and quantity of incoming materials, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications. This role involves maintaining accurate records of inspections and findings, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the relevant departments.
1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm
$18/hr
ResponsibilitiesVerify the quality and quantity of incoming materials.Ensure materials meet company standards and specifications.Use various inspection tools and equipment to assess materials.Maintain and calibrate inspection tools as needed.Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant departments.Essential SkillsExperience in quality control and receiving inspection.Knowledge of electronics and documentation.Ability to explain quality processes pertaining to previous roles.Experience with torque tools and printed circuit boards (PCBs).Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and high gauges.Additional Skills & QualificationsPerforms work under direct supervision.Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Why Work Here?
