Job Description
The Receiving and Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of aircraft parts and assemblies, inventory and kitting of parts by project/work order and drawings, and some online parts sourcing and related duties. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that parts arrive, are entered in the ERP system, checked against orders, placed in inventory, or kitted together per work orders by project. Additionally, you will compare project task orders and prints to the current inventory to determine parts needed and collaborate with purchasing or perform basic online parts sourcing.
ResponsibilitiesShip and receive aircraft parts and assemblies (50%)Inventory and kit parts by project/work order and drawings (40%)Perform online parts sourcing and related duties (10%)Enter parts in the ERP system and check against ordersPlace parts in inventory or kit together per work orders by projectCompare project task orders and prints to current inventoryCollaborate with purchasing or perform basic online parts sourcingEssential Skills2+ years of experience in warehouse receiving or inventory in a maintenance or manufacturing environmentExperience using computer-based ERP systems or similarComputer-savvy with experience in online shopping and detailed internet searchesExperience in blueprint reading, maintenance, manufacturing, aircraft parts, and logisticsExperience with shipping, receiving, labeling, and inventory controlAdditional Skills & QualificationsAviation experience highly preferred (understanding of different parts and drawings)Military aviation logistics experience is a plusPreferred experience in shipping (creating labels, tracking, etc.)Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in the receiving, inventory, and shop areas at the HQ building in Wilsonville. The schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM while training, with the possibility of adjusting the schedule to start as early as 5:00 AM. The position follows a 9-80 schedule, providing every third Friday off.
