Job Description:

What are we looking for?

High School diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years’ experience (manufacturing environment preferred).

Good basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Good mechanical aptitude.

Basic knowledge of personal computers.

Good problem-solving skills.

Good housekeeping skills and knowledge of GMP's.

Problem Solving, Learning on The Fly, Functional Technical Skills, Peer Relationships

Participate in site IWT's, Lean Teams, and focus groups as appropriate.

Train other area associates in operation of batching.

Ability to cover vacations for other batching associates in this role.
